'Hand Shaped' is our 1:1 education offerings for floral-focused businesses from newbies to experienced designers looking to further their education.

We offer several options at a variety of different investment levels to fit your needs and budget from a one-time virtual consult to a 2 month mentorship to an in-studio foam free design intensive with me at LINNAEA HQ.

With over 15 years experience in this industry, I have made so many of the same mistakes you may be struggling with, but learned so much along the way. I’ve ultimately built a business I love, that sustains my lifestyle, and allows me the freedom and flexibility to choose how many events I want to take on; and I’m ready to help you do the same.

1:1 Education Offerings

  • In this 2 month mentorship, we will have four 60-minute virtual or in-studio coaching sessions where we’ll work through your pain points or areas you’re interested in learning more about.

    I’ll make recommendations on how to take actionable steps to improve those areas at each session, and be available for weekly email support with feedback, advice, and encouragement while you implement changes post-session.

  • If you’d like to dig a little deeper into a specific area of your floral design business, but don’t desire a full mentorship, a 60 minute coaching session might be the move for you.

    Together we will have a focused discussion, or if preferred, a more loosely structured time to explore how to better an area of your business and create tangible steps focused on helping your move forward.

    Post-session, you’ll also receive 1 week of follow up email support for feedback and encouragement while you implement those steps.

  • An un-interrupted 40 minute Zoom date to chat with someone with over 15 years in the floral industry. We can cover anything from pricing questions, client experience, proposal writing, “how did I make that,” or whatever is on your mind!

1:1 Floral Design Intensive

‘Hand Shaped,’ the namesake of our Floral Design Business Education, is a full day of hands-on learning with Lisa of LINNAEA Floral beginning with a custom Design Deck and product review and ending with a professional photoshoot of your creative work including professional headshots.

Each session includes

  • A full 6-hour day of flowering together

  • A custom Design Deck with curated color palette

  • Review of Design Deck & seasonal fresh floral product we’ll be using

  • All floral product needed for designs

  • Hands-on Bouquet design lesson including custom dyed silk ribbon

  • Hands-on Centerpiece design lesson including vessel and foam free mechanics

  • Pricing your designs using industry standard markups

  • All creative works professionally photographed

  • Professional headshots of you with your work

  • Options to add on a foam-free installation lesson, a second student, and professional hair and makeup
